Guys thank you very much for identifying these birds. Nobody around us here guess it, some says blue heron, but couldn't find any blue, some say geese I am not that sure also, now I have a name and I will tell them, ^)^!
Kim, thanks for your visit to my blog. About birding, I prefer to go alone - no talking, no distractions, just close observation of the environment. You don't need a big zoom lens either. I did very well for a while with a Panasonic Lumix FZ28. Look at this post: http://tinyurl.com/32c3f6f
Kim, You are so lucky to have Sandhill Cranes visit not once but twice a day! They are a major "want-to-see" bird. You should sell tickets.:) Thanks for sharing them on WBW!
