Aerosend

I just finished  talking to a friend and we are comparing notes about our balikbayan boxes that we sent to the Philippines through AEROSEND. It's my first time to send a box to this company and it was just a huge flop. When I send my box it was kind of late it was November 2010. I knew for a fact that it will never reached to the Philippines neither be delivered it on December. So I make notes that at least it will arrived at least in the middle of January 2011. But until now it was not delivered nor I've heard any news from this company. I called today and only a voice mail saying I have to wait for a long que? What is that mean? So I hold and hold until a voice came and saying to just leave a message they will call me back as soon as possible, hmmm well see!
What I only like to know if Aerosend boxes is part of  what I learned that there are 400++ balikbayan boxes that are on hold in the Philippines and that CERERA shipping company took it and is now in their warehouses and that they would like the receiver to get their boxes with the shipping information from the shipper. But until now I can't hold anybody to answer my queries just makes me ticked off. No more for Aerosend boxes. And I think what happened is a bad advertisement for them. Just hope that it was never lost or is not open, somehow my brother who is a cop would be very mad if it will happen. ^_^

UPDATE:
As of today April 29, 2011 my 1 balikbayan box that was shipped through Aerosend  has never been delivered yet. Last March 2011 I called my brother to call their Manila office to follow the box. Well somebody did answer the call and told them that they've been trying to deliver the box little by little and maybe my box will be delivered this coming April. Well then, two more nights more to go  and it's gonna be May 1, 2011 and still no box. I even have a night mare already thinking about this matter. The people who are supposed to get the box are waiting for months and yet nothing happened. Of course, I can't say that I am happy about it or I am going to  send another box with them, nada!!

UPDATE: May 19, 2011
My sister in law keeps on calling the number that is given but nobody answers. I got a number from a friend here in Michigan, na ito daw ang tatawagan and look for Marivic, here is the cp number 63908-115-6456. I don't have any idea yet if this Marivic is going to answer any call but will post an update here.
To the person who put an anonymous name...I just wanted to ask you if that name from Arendale,Michigan is the franchise name here in Michigan because we are thinking of complaining it to the Atty. General here but we need to know the exact and correct name and address of the business since they are the franchiser. Hope to see your responds as soon as possible.

UPDATE: JULY 9, 2011

As I am reading all your post here their are so many of us who become  a victim of AEROSEND. I did send my box since October of 2010 and until now my family haven't received any box at all. My sister in law call this MARIVIC and she said she don't know nothing about this and she wondered how her number was known by someone. I ALSO FOUND OUT HERE THAT SOME DID PAY A $25.00 TO GET THE BOX IN THE PHILIPPPINES. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU DON'T KNOW WHO ARE YOU DEALING WITH. DON'T PAY ANYTHING PERIOD!! TO KNOW A PERSONS NUMBER OR ADDRESS IS NOT ENOUGH TO JUST TRUST SINCE WE ARE ALREADY BEING SCUM BY AEROSEND ONCE DON'T BE FOOLED TWICE.

UPDATE: AUGUST 1, 2011

My friend here in Michigan mesage me today that her box sent last October 2010 to Cebu is already delivered. She told me that HER FAMILY PAID $25 FOR THE BOX AND THEY PAID IT SA BAHAY NILA. DON'T EVER PAY IF IT'S NOT DELIVERED IN YOUR HOUSE. Here is the name, phone number that your family could call and inquire. BASTA ANG BABALA HUWAG MAGBAYAD KUNG HINDE MAKITA AT MADELIVER SA BAHAY ANG BOX NINYO. IN OTHER WORDS ANG BAYARAN AY SA BAHAY NINYO LANG AT WALA NANG IBA.

AUGUST 27, 2011

Last night my brother told me that the box arrived.  I was happy in a way but dismayed because I know something is lacking inside. I have not listed nor take a photo of what I put inside so I can't pinpoint what is missing. But as far as I can remember I sent three sweat shirt for my niece and many victoria secret perfumes and shoes for my nephew but my brother said there is none in there. Looking at the box I know for sure that something is going on, it does look like the box is being rape how many times. My brother even called the box 'JINGLE BELL box" because when you carry it, you can shake it! That in fact, when I send it last year I was worried it will burst because it is FULL, two men can't carry it even! Take a look of the photos and LESSON LEARNED BE SURE THAT THE SHIPPING COMPANY YOU SEND YOUR BALIKBAYAN BOX HAS THE CREDIBILITY AND DEPENDABLE. Don't take the bait if they offer you a cheaper rate. I'd better pay a higher shipping fee just to make sure the box will arrive on the right time and nothing was taken. NO MORE AEROSEND and of course we have to take a look to any shipping company that sprout like a mushroom. Be aware we became a victim once we can't tolerate for the second time!!
That tape that has a name written I did not wrote it nor put that kind of packaging tape. I do not use gray packaging tape since it is not durable. Just makes me  pissed off I have to pay for additional $25.00 and many things are missing inside. And to all Filipinos who are sending their box this holiday season BE AWARE OF BOGUS AGENDA that MANY CROOKED PEOPLE LIKE TO do and like VICTIMIZED YOU!!!

You are not alone. It's quickly becoming aapparent that something is wrong with Aerosend. Perhaps the government needs to step in.

We sent 2 boxes in Sept, 2 more in October, and 1 in November. As of Feb 28, NONE have been delivered. But as far as I know, they are continuing to take more boxes!

Dear Shipper;

AEROSEND is very open and is responsible and accountable for your boxes. It is a fully licensed and bonded company. Cerrera did not take us over and maybe just Shipping Express. Please cease and desist to spread rumors which has been very costly and has been a factor to our already slowed down operation.

Apologies. We are trying to get the containers out one at a time from the ports. It may take us another couple of weeks or so as we try to pay all the fees charged by the ports on the increased demurrage. We have long accepted losses for 2010 and we are accountable for these. Our main concern now are the safety of boxes that we do not loose any. Please bear with us and check back by the end of March. We truly apologize for this inconvenience as our company was not immune from the economic dive of last year. We can only ask for your patience.

Our customer care is always there to assist you at 630-517-2001 in the US and 632-493-9329 in the Philippines or email at info@aerosend.com.

Hi! we also have 3 boxes picked up last Sept. 9 . until now not yet delivered. They claimed they suffered losses because of inflation. then why do you keep on advertising for low price last january if you are loosing since 2010?
just to rake the dollars of our poor filipinos who are working hard just to send gifts to the phils?

Aerosend ripped us off & we shipped many boxes back in November 2010. File complaints with the Illinois Attorney Generals Office Fraud Division. Here is the link to their web site, fill out the complaint form include copies of all paperwork & list Ferdie Santos & Aerosend as the company. All of our stuff has been sitting in the customs port in Manila since January 31, 2011. This guy is a dead beat along with the company.

Hello! Im also a victim of this false advertisement of Aerosend Michigan Balikbayan Box. Perdasil Reynolds is a Franchiser in this State based in Allendale Michigan. I sent 2 balikbayan boxes since early September 2010 until now my boxes has not been delivered. I posted all my complaints in my facebook account and i said it all in there. please add me if anyone has an account on facebook at karysimm@hotmail.com Ferdie Santos is a Director of Aerosend International Cargo Freight in Chicago and to those Aerosend from other State are Franchiser. Based on what i found out about this matter, Aerosend is based in USA and the Swiftfreight Cargo Forwarder based in Philippines whom had auctioned the Aerosend containers that are bound for Vizayas and Mindanao. But, for whatever reason the Aerosend Chicago did not pay the Swiftfreight Cargo Forwarder in full. They owed $$$ to this person by the name of Love Joy Braza. According to her if all the inviduals are willing to pay the additional charge of 2,000 pesos per box then she will release those boxes. Those boxes that are in her hands are stored in the storage that is rented by swiftfreight. She said that it is cost to store those boxes that is why she is asking for additional charge. more abou this issue is posted in my facebook and also photos attached.

Thank you sa mga nag message dito. And all the information that are given here. We are now currently looking at the complain form and since we are in Michigan our Philippine consulate is based in Chicago.
As of tonight, a friend of mine message me in facebook that we are deleted as part of their friendslist in Facebook, lol!! How ridiculous, instead of them making good connection and communication to us customer, they don't answer their phone (us and phil), deleting of facebook list is what we got.
Yes we can't let this matter go pass by. More information given here is highly appreciated.

To place a face on the man Ferdie Santos who is in hiding and lives in the North side of Chicago here is his Face Book link.

http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1236692692

He has caused so many innocent people undue stress & hardship. Everyone please remember this mans face and how happy he is after you spent your time & money shipping your love ones boxes thru his company to the Philippines that are still sitting in customs or were auctioned off. Ferdie we know you are looking at the websites and one day a man will visit your home to give you special blessings.

We have seen the picture and complaint information for Aerosend & Ferdie Santos on Flickr. I can't believe how many people have had problems with this man and he was still able to keep doing business. We thought this was just an isolated incident with us shipping 2 boxes to the Philippines. He is not a genuine Filipino, he has no morals as to what he has done and the people he has hurt. We saved our money & shipped Christmas gifts to my family and nothing was ever delivered.

Aerosend. For anybody seeking legal actions against Ferdie Santos

They dont answer calls and provide exact answer on emails. Now they are saying that Jolly Forarding USA is taking over... What is this Company?? Here is the latest email i got from them:

"Just like many other companies, these hard economic times has been a great challenge to Aerosend. However, this is no excuse for us to abandon the trust given to us by our agents and balikbayan box senders. We at Aerosend continued to find ways and can only rely on getting financial and operational help from a trusted entity that can continue our business and to deliver the services that we have been providing.

We at Aerosend contacted Jolly Forwarding USA and negotiated for them to continue our services and clear all pending shipments both here in the USA and Philippines. Jolly is a newly established company based in Los Angeles with principals that are in the door to door delivery and international forwarding business for more than 20 years. We are convinced that Jolly's expertise will satisfy the needs of our clientelle. We take this opportunity to announce that all operational transactions (new bookings and box status check) moving forward be coordinated with Jolly Forwarding USA. They can be contacted via email at Jollyforwardingusa@aol.com or at 909-584-5098.

Boy Blunder Ferdie Santos did it again & the idiots at Aerosend have updated their website with a new flash introduction. WOW WEE I am impressed with the newly updated web site, almost peed in my pants. What about all our shipping boxes
BOY BLUNDER you idiot, scammer, lier & cheat. Nothing but more lies and garbage from Aerosend / Ferdie Santos. Glad you had the money & time to update the web site, but you forgot about the 3 shipping containers left abandoned for 5 months. How many people Ferdie have you screwed over on this fuc@k Up? 300 people or more paid & trusted your service to ship boxes to the Philippines in three 40 ft. shipping containers. Maybe you forgot about all the hard working people that sent their loved ones & family Christmas gifts, medicines, clothing, books that were never delivered and left for auction by customs while your Rat Fat AZZ is eating cheese in Chicago having a great summer. Their isn't a rock big enough for you to hide under to get your greasy fat AZZ out of this trouble. If we have to sue every one of your corporations & affiliates that you are partnered up with we will. You should never ever be able to import / export or have a business license in the United States or Philippines again.

I am happy to have found this web site, but very unhappy to know what has happened to my 3 boxes that we shipped back in November 2010. Our Christmas gifts were never delivered and now who knows will buy them all at auction. We work hard to send family in the Philippines gifts to make their lives happier & easier. Aerosend is a very bad company. We call & email and never get a response, we call th enew company Jolly USA and same thing voice message. OMG what have these people done to us?

A comment i found on the report by Balitang America about ACE Cargo Forwarder:

PIKONGBUKNOY says:

My dad sent 2 boxes to the Philippines through Aerosend last December. Ang BAD NEWS pa mga ‘pre is that the AEROSEND CARGO CONTAINING OUR BOXES is now listed by CUSTOMS as ABANDONED at MALAPIT NA MA-AUCTION. SA NGAYON ANG AEROSEND DEADMA PA RIN PAG TUMATAWAG KAMI!!!!! HOY! PINAGHIRAPAN NG TATAY KO NA MAPADALA YANG BOXES NA YAN SA AMIN!

Here is another website with information that may help all senders understand what is happening to the 3 shipping containers sent in November / December 2010 that have been left in Manila Customs since january 11, 2011. Ferdie Santos Director of Aerosend owes $25,000 in fees and storage to have the 3 shipping containers released. This does not include shipping containers that were sent in January & February 2011. Super Boy Hero Ferdie Santos is aligned with so many other corporations & companies that it will take a class action lawsuit against everyone in the United States linked with Aerosend / Geevee Enterprises, Awesome Foods & Samland Health to recover their loses & damages. Here is a link to another website with more details and shippers who sent boxes.

Company picked up box on Oct 28th, 2010 for shipment to Philippines.Tracking number 101105.
Shipment should reach destination in 6-8 weeks.
We called and asked why it was not delivered. Company gave list of possible reasons for delay. Company did not give the pacific reason for delay.

Phone calls always go to voice mail.

We want to file insurance claim.

Aerosend never gave up and are really doing everything they can. I got an email from them:

From info@aerosend.com

With regards to container status: Aerosend was able to get containers out before customs closed for the weekend, JUNE 10, 2011 5:00pm . The others will come out Monday, JUNE 13, 2011 9:00 am- 5:00pm or Tuesday, , JUNE 14, 2011 9:00 am- 5:00pm as they are in processing already too. Just to clarify on the delay, this is Philippine Customs process, not Aerosend. The brokers are doing their best as demrrage charges are added daily.

Aerosend has never deined that the company had shortage of funds due to collection problems plus increased cost. We had published in newspapers that it has taken a moratorium to address the stuck containers in the the ports of Manila thereby having to stop taking boxes at the moment with plans to resume in July. Despite all the hardship and the attacks, some very personal, we did not close nor file for bankruptcy as many other companies in this industry have done. At the moment, Aerosend, in coordination with Jolly Forwarding, is getting all the containers out of customs. While all the calls may not have been answered nor returned due to high volume and duration with minimal staff, we always answered our emails professionally.

Just like many other companies, these hard economic times has been a great challenge to Aerosend.

They can be contacted via email at Jollyforwardingusa@aol.com or at 909-584-5098.

We thank you for your patience and patronage. Mabuhay po Kayo."

-----------------------------

These are a combination of email. We sent to other companies also but those other companies never even bothered responding to our emails. We only found out that our boxes were auctioned off. Aerosend kept on answering email and they got the containers out and I appreciate that.

I hope Ferdie Santos at Aerosend facts are correct this time that the shipping containers are finally being released. That is great news to everyone that paid & shipped boxes last November 2010 and has waited 7 months to receive their packages. Aerosend / Ferdie Santos has always pointed the blame to Homeland Security, Philippine Customs & the current smuggling events that happened in the Philippines with motorcycles & cars instead of accepting blame for their business mismanagement. If it were not for the complaints filed wit the Federal Maritime Commission, Illinois Attorney Generals Office, Better Business Bureau, and Zuleika Medina, Surety Claims Manager Avalon Risk Management Co. these shipping containers would have been auctioned off by Philippines Customs. If shipping containers are left for more than 6 days in the port of customs without the fees paid they are considered abandoned and can be auctioned off. While Aerosend / Ferdie Santos keeps promoting their wonderful worldwide dependable shipping company this mess with the shipping containers went on for almost 7 months. Here is an actual e-mail from Ferdie Santos explaining the problems he has incurred, sorry part of it is in Visayan but these words are from Ferdie Santos

( Hindi lang naman ako may ari nito pare. Madami akmi kasi corporation. What number can I call you? I will call you in the morning here (around 9pm your time). Talagang nahirapan kami kasi funding problems. Yung nacollect namin was not enough to cover all the cost to release the containers. Out of 16, 14 na narelease namin. Yung collections namin was just good for 10, the rest of the 4 containers were funded through our collections within ourselves. Naka labas na kami ng more than 150,000 pero not enough eh wala naman banko gusto mag pautang dito sa US ngayon. Kaya, we are trying to go through the Philippine banks for loans. One of the owners threw on a title for house and lot in Manila to get loans and we think this should comeout sometime last week of April. This will be used to be able to pay for the release of the remaining 2 containers. At this point, we stopped shipping at the moment until we get everything done. To add insult to injury to us, the very depleted operational money we had disappeared too when Banco Filipino closed down. Hay naku !!!! talagang malas. We are going to bounce back later on with a retooled and restructured operation so that we can avoid this from happening again. Talagang nadali kami ng economic crisis. Huwag ka mag alala. As soon as we get this out,
I will email you right away )

When we receive our shipping boxes I will believe it.

Aerosend was able to get containers out before customs closed for the weekend, JUNE 10, 2011 5:00pm . The came out Monday, JUNE 13, 2011 9:00 am- 5:00pm through Tuesday, , JUNE 14, 2011 9:00 am- 5:00pm. Just one more container from Sacramento but should be out in a day or 2. The brokers are doing their best as demrrage charges are added daily.

Aerosend has never deined that the company had shortage of funds due to collection problems plus increased cost. Aerosend had published in newspapers that it has taken a moratorium to address the stuck containers in the the ports of Manila. Aerosend has stopped taking boxes at the moment and plans to resume in July. Aerosend has not closed nor filed bankruptcy. Aerosend is owned by a corporation. At the moment, Aerosend with the assistance of Jolly Forwarding, tried getting all the containers out of customs by the end of the week. This is what Aerosend has been very busy about. We may have failed to answer all the calls as there were many and long calls with minimal staff but we always answered our emails. Despite all the predicaments Aerosend went through, it never gave up and the team would hope that people would appreciate that. Shippers will be contacted soon after devanning and making sure all boxes are accounted for. Thank you for your patience.

Aerosend really is bad, we continue to call and e-mail and no one answer or return our calls. we call Jollyforwardingusa and nobody will return our calls there. Always answering machine saying leave message. We shipped 3 boxes back in October and feel we have been cheated and lied to. Why this man a Filipino would hurt steal and lies to his own country people is vry badsulsam

I don't know about anyone else but I would never trust this company aerosend to ship anything again. I will use Forex or LBC next time a company that is trusted with experience.

We spoke to jolly people once and they told me that we may have to pay extra on each of our 3 shipping boxes to get them released now due to the increased cost of doing business. They advertise one price and now charge more due to their fault not ours. Now jolly no longer will answer calls or email when we try. Jolly phone numbers are the same as aerosend in Illinois. OMG when will my 3 shipping boxes be delivered to my family who now wait almost 6 months already. I am now filing complaints with the listed government offices listed here on the board. we are so so tired of madman at ferdie santos at aerosend always tells us lies,e

Philippines Today
By JOSEPH G. LARIOSA

A representative of another Chicago-based cargo forwarder, Aerosend, invited this reporter to a letter posted in its website, addressed to its clients, saying that, “the current delays are caused by a number of things. First, due to some threats, there is an increased security check by the U.S. Customs on the containers leaving the U.S. This causes a three- to four-week delay and, as a result, containers (of Balikbayan boxes) miss their vessel schedule.”
Ferdie Santos of Aerosend added the next would be congestion at the transshipment port, in the Balikbayan box container’s case in Taiwan. Due to this, the containers are left behind by the feeder vessels, leaving for the Philippines from that port, resulting in at least a one-week delay – comparable to missing the connecting flight in a plane.
The next, Mr. Santos said, would be the Philippine port congestion, which can also be compared to a plane arriving at its destination but having to wait on the tarmac for a gate to be open to unload passengers. After the containers are unloaded from the ships, these fall in line for scanning. This congestion alone caused heavy delays that were further compounded by holidays and scanner maintenance.
He said the result is that containers are stacked up in the Manila port. “Our delivery team in the Philippines tries their best to deliver what they can for the same budget that we have computed before all these delays during which time fuel costs have gone up since and the dollar has weakened. “Consequently, our delivery team has limited capabilities to deliver all of the contents of these containers at the same time.”
So, Aerosend is releasing its containers one at a time and have the contents stored in the ports where they would be safe while we get them delivered safely. To have these containers released all at once could mean disaster due to the risk of being stolen and ransacked despite increased security. Secondary delays are due to costs being so high that we have to group the packages so that we maximize the space utilization on our trucks and containers going to other islands.

The latest Update from Aerosend / Jollyforwarding usa. Ferdie Santos has sold the rights of everyone's boxes that have been on hold pending payment for storage fees to Jolly Forwarding USA. Ferdie / aerosend & Jolly Forwarding just forgot to mention that to all of us that shipped boxes in those 3 shipping containers. Jolly Forearding wants $25.00 USD to cover the additional costs from Ferdie Santos / Aerosend business mismanagement / screw up. So not only did all persons that paid to ship boxes wait 7 months now you get to pay the extra fees as well. Jolly Forwarding USA will not disclose where the boxes are being held so they can hold all the boxes hostage till they get the money that Aerosend did not pay. Yes, Super Boy Blunder Ferdie Santos has managed to lie & steal to get his company off the hook for losing money on their screw up. So yes the 3 shipping containers were released from Manila Customs thru Lapodium, now they are in a non disclosed location held by randsom. If you don't pay they will auction off your boxes. Everyone please file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals Office & the Federal Maritime Commission so Ferdie pays for his mistakes and we get our shipping boxes. We are in contact with the Philippine Government to report our shipping boxes stolen so they can arrest and confiscate our boxes so we can get them, we have also contacted an attorney in Chicago for filing a class action lawsuit to recover shipped items and sue for damages, if you want to be part of a lawsuit against aerosend & ferdie santos & jolly Forwarding USA along with all their affiliate corporations Please leave your name on the blog board with a contact email so we can give you the details to serve justice to these crooks. Ferdie I know you are reading the boards, you are not getting off the hook for your mess, you will pay for all legal services & damages for each person that sent boxes thru you. Your contract with Jolly Forwarding USA isn't valid and you will not pass this mess off and expect innocent people to pay for your blunder.

One more container but tey are in processing already too which should come out Monday June 20. The brokers are doing their best as demrrage charges are added daily. Apologies for delayed replies. Everyone is just busy trying to finally get all containers out asap. Jolly Forwarding will start call everyone soon after devanning of all containers

Jolly Forwarding will not disclose where the boxes are stored, everyone file complaints with the Philippine Police, Illinois Attorney Generals Office, Federal Maritime Commission, and the California Attorney Generals Office to stop Jolly Forwarding. Ferdie you Ratt Scum you keep lying & Cheating everyone for your stupid thinking

We called Jolly Forwarding USA and we were told we have to pay additional fees now or they will auction off our shipping boxes. Oh My God what kind of company would do this to Filipino people. We just found out before leaving the Philippines that Ferdie Santos / Aerosend had another failed business doing the same thing ripping people off in the Philippines - same thing he is doing in the U.S. now.

Ferdie if you had just 1 ounce of integrity & honesty you will let us know where our shipping boxes are so I can pick them up. We have transporation already in place to take possession of our property / shipping boxes. Lapodium freight wants the money you owe them and wants nothing to do with you again and is giving us the information on who removed & signed for the 3 shipping containers so we can press theft charges so we can recover our shipping boxes that we already paid for. Monday morning will be a wave of claims & charges filed against you here in the Philippines & United States. We are going to speak with the States Attorney's Office in Dupage County Illinois to file criminal charges / theft & fraud. We spoken with an attorney in Chicago to go after every corporation you have created & listed as an affiliate. We are coming to the belief that Jolly Forwarding is a shell corporation that you are trying to hide behind. I will contact the California Attorney General's Office to file a complaint. I hope you listen to your friends / investors and do the right thing before legal action is imminent and you will have to pay for all legal fees. You can't be that stupid to think you will get away with this disaster you created and expect everyone to pay more in charges due to your mistakes. Make your wrong right and do the honest business move and give us the information where I can pick up our boxes with no additional fees. we paid you once already cash full payment. I have been to Manila and seen your GQQFY warehouse & your junk truck, you can't send a frickin post card with the mess you have do you honestly think new updated websites are going to help you thru this train wreck of a mess. Ferdie your TOXIC and anyone around you will be caught up in court & legal filings, please release our boxes and give us the correct address to pick up our property that we trusted you to ship to the Philippines.

Legally, Mr. Santos cannot sell your shipment since he is not the owner, particularly since you paid him for the transportation. If Jolly Forwarding continues to claim your container, I would suggest contacting the Philippine’s Police Department to file charges for theft or conversion. As I mentioned, you can also file an Informal Docket claim to seek reparations against Aerosend’s bond for any financial damages you incur. I hope this helps.

Aerosend is nothing but a total lier and a scammer. They continue making promises but nothing happens. Now, they are making a new statement about "able to get containers out before customs closed for the weekend, JUNE 10, 2011 5:00pm . The others will come out Monday, JUNE 13, 2011 9:00 am- 5:00pm or Tuesday, , JUNE 14, 2011 9:00 am- 5:00pm as they are in processing already too." This seems promising but isn't that they already said something similar before, like it should be out by May? So, I am already expecting another excuses next month by July. The thing that I don't understand, they already had problems way back in September people complaining about boxes never received but why they kept accepting boxes sent after September? As a matter of fact, I sent mine on December so that was obvious that they don't intend to deliver those boxes but they just want to collect money and at the same time get free goodies from the inside of our boxes then making up so many excuses about recession and so on and so forth. I believed boxes are not even put into containers but aerosend kept them. This person should be in jail by now for his continued cheat and ripping off people in purpose.

I think the one who made that comment about paying $25/box for claiming his boxes at PCIC must be the owner of aerosend... His trying to play games to everyone again, he will never give up giving false information to all his victims. So, if jolly asking additional $25.00... never give anymore because who knows it is just another trick to scammed you the second time around.

I can't wait for this guy to be put to jail, period! This kind of person don't have remorse whatsoever, he was born pure evil!!!

Update
Aerosend Jolly Forwarding Ferdie Santos

By know most people know Ferdie Santos is not a honorable person. Some of the shipping containers have been released last week as Aerosend Boy Blunder Ferdie Santos posted on the web sites ( TRUE ) Ferdie claimed there were 2 shipping containers when in reality there is at least 3 and perhaps 4 or more. Ferdie has a lapse of memory on factual information. I have been in contact with customs in the Philippines that confirmed this. Jolly Forwarding USA is in possession of the boxes that came from 3 of the released shipping containers that were held by Lapodium Freight pending payments to the Philippine Customs.
Everybody needs to thank
Pastor Gil Valenzuela
gvalenzuela@aerosend.com
for the $25,000 he personally gave to Ferdie Santos so the shipping containers could be released from the Philippine customs and were not auctioned off due to Super Boy Blunder Ferdie bad business mgt. Whatever the sideways upside down deal Ferdie Santos at Aerosend made with Jolly Forwarding USA is not 100% clear as of yet and can't be proven. So I will hold off for now on that. Be careful thatif you don't pay Jolly Forwarding USA the fees they very well might consider your boxes abandoned and could possible add more storage fees to get the boxes released or even auction off your boxes. That's what Swift Freight Cargo ( Ms.Love Joy Braza did with some of Aerosend boxes that they were supposed to deliver but Boy Blunder Ferdie never paid her. )

Everyone who reads this & sent boxes needs to contact the 2 listed people I am providing for correct procedures to recover your additional shipping fees thru Aerosends Surety Bond and file complaints against Aerosend. Nothing will happen to Aerosend & Ferdie Santos if you don't take the time to file the complaints. Send emails to the 2 listed persons below.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE

It is true there were 3 shipping containers released last week by Philippine Customs after Lapodium Freight Forwarders were given the $25,000 to pay customs for all the fees, there may be 1 or more containers still being held by customs.

Thanks is due to
Pastor Gil Valenzuela that gave the $25,000 of his own money to clear up the mess Boy Blunder Ferdie Santos created. If Pastor Gil did not pay the money due all of us would have lost the shipping boxes and would have seen them auctioned off just the same as what Swift Freight Mrs Love Joy Braza did with some of Aerosends earlier shipments. Whatever the sideways upside down deal Ferdie santos / Aerosend made with SwiftFreight USA is unknown for sure yet. Everyone has to file email a complaint with

beware that if you do not pay the additional fees they can consider the boxes abandoned and charge storage fees and eventually auction off your boxes, That is what Swift Freight Ms Love Joy Braza did here in the Philippines. Ferdie has a long record of bad business here in the Philippines as well as in the U.S.

What are the requirements for claiming those boxes at the pier because mine I can't remember where did I put my receipts? Please advise further so I can just find someone to pick them up and bring some requirements if there is any. Your additional info is much appreciated. Thanks!

Aerosend UPDATE:

We have been able to get all our containers out from Philippine Customs. While it is true that many companies in the balikbayan box industry have folded, have had their containers abandoned, or some to the point of auction, Aerosend has maintained our responsibility to our shippers. We have not given up. We have taken the responsible way of putting our company on hold while we address our funding problems. Many of our branches disagreed when we did this because it was a source of income and a source of how we can cover our deficit. We saw it as digging ourselves a deeper hole. We stopped the pick up and shipment of personal effects and we announced this through newspapers and our website in first week of April 2011. We had to find a different way of funding the containers that arrived already and for those that were still arriving. Out of 20 containers, our finances only had up to 10 while the other 5 were brought out by personal funds of incorporators of Aerosend. Still, we did not give up as we continuously tried to find means and ways to be able to pay for the daily increasing charges of the other 5 remaining containers that were stuck in Philippine Customs. Finally, last week, we were able to get the 4 out and 1 more left that we hope to get out on sometime this week, if it is not out yet at the time of this email.

It is not true that we sold our company. We just simply asked for help because Aerosnd and its incorporators are really all spent both financially and emotionally. Jolly Forwarding was the company that stepped up for us. With regards to a few boxes that were coursed through Love Joy for Vismin last December, we have submitted and are seeking probable legal actions against her and Swift Cargo if they do not deliver the packages that have been paid by shippers already.

Jolly Forwarding USA is a newly established company based in Los Angeles with principals that have been in the door to door delivery and international forwarding business for more than 20 years. We asked their assistance and are convinced that Jolly's expertise will satisfy the needs of our clientele. We take this opportunity to announce that all operational transactions (new bookings and box status check) moving forward be coordinated with Jolly Forwarding USA. Jolly is asking assistance form our shippers because each and every container were imposed with so much extra charges. Jolly will be contacting every shipper to inform them of this so that warehousing and part of demurrage charges can be covered. We are informing everyone of this so that everyone is aware of this update. They can be contacted via email at Jollyforwardingusa@aol.com or at 909-584-5098.

Aerosend Ferdie Santos Jolly Forwarding USA Update

From: sariel sabale sarielsbl@yahoo.com
Jolly Forwarding USA
Subject: Aerosend / Ferdie Santos

I explained as best as I can on the extent of our involvement with Aerosend. After we have delivered the boxes of these containers, we will not be involved with them anymore. We will also take the steps for our name to be taken off any website that has to do with Aerosend.

Aerosend sent out a memo or bulletin that is inacurrate and misleading. There was no merger (and no documents will ever prove such transaction ever happened because it simply is not true) between Aerosend and Jolly Forwarding. There is no takeover of management (what is to be taken over when Aerosend's operation is pretty much non-existent at this point). It is true that they are in contact with us and asked for help to get these containers cleared and delivered to it's rightful owners.

B. Jolly did not buy the rights of these containers. Jolly Forwarding is a new and start up company that planned to operate first in the west coast. When Ferdie Santos spoke to my partner in the USA, we saw the potential of capturing the existing market of Illinois. Though there may be unhappy customers due to the containers that got stuck in Manila, we knew that there were also many happy customers that got the service that they paid for. So for almost a month or so, Aerosend and Jolly Forwarding were negotiating as to how much each party will have to shoulder on the costs to clear these containers. We were ready to extend some financial help by helping on the costs of ocean freight, warehouse and distribution of these shipments. In return, Aerosend is to surrender all the names of it's customers and agents so we can inform them that we are here to help and to please consider Jolly Forwarding in earning their business for their future needs. In short, we were hoping to project ourselves as the good guys in order to earn the business of Illinois.

C. Another step that we took before we agreed to help Aerosend was to make a survey by making some phone calls to senders with shipments in these stuck containers. We introduced who we are and that we are PLANNING to help Aerosend clear their shipments. There is only one thing that we ask and that is if they are willing or would consider to pay an additional $25 for each box that they have sent. The survey showed that most were willing to pay as long as they get their box(es).

D. What is the $25 extra charge for? These containers have accumulated such a huge amount of demurrage and storage due to the length of time it sat at the port. Jolly Forwarding is paying upfront the warehousing, segregation and delivery of all these boxes. We ask this extra charge in order to recoop some of our costs only and without any plans to profit from this transaction. As I said, our interest is to be able to capture the Illinois market.

E. Whatever action that senders/shippers/agents (you as one of them) would like to take against Aerosend for failure to service you properly or for not delivering on time and you want to get your money back, you may very well proceed to do so because that is your consumer right. Jolly Forwarding has nothing to do with Aerosend's failure in their service and for whatever reason it may be.

F. It was only last week that we have started taking in three containers into an assigned warehouse. As each container were unloaded, we realized that the manifests given to us by Aerosend showing the number of boxes and consignees does not match the actual contents of each container. Therefore, we have to manually segregate, reconcile and make a new manifest of ACTUAL receipts.

Somebody was asking if the box was intact ( walang butas ), yes, we got the box intact. Picked the box ourselves and paid 1250 pesos. Glad this is over.

Visayas and Mindanao extra charges is $35.00/box...and let's give jolly forwarders a chance to prove for themselves instead of including judging them for the damage that aerosend has made...We should just be thankful that someone is willing to step-up and solve this issues rather than leaving our boxes behind to nowhere, that's even more worse! Hope we can all get our boxes out and delivered to their final destination. Good luck to all of us!!!

Is there anybody who's family from mindanao got there box after they paid 35$ extra? and how long will it take for them to send those boxes to the provinces? and how do we know if our boxes is already in auction or maybe abandoned?

Aereosend / Ferdie Santos is lying about or does not actually know how many shipping containers are in transit or stuck in customs He claimed there was only 2 to the Federal Maritime Commission and there are 4 or more that we confirmed thru Philippine Customs. He continued to promote & offer low shipping rates for almost 7 months while he had known about all the financial problems and stuck containers in customs and that shipping boxes were auctioned off by Ms love Joy Braza since Ferdie Santos did not pay here. I personally have been in contact with Ms Love Joy Braza and posted that they auctioned off shipping boxes that Ferdie Santos did not pay her for on the internet. Ferdie is a habitual lier / complete idiot at best and continues to advertise & promote how Aerosend is a global world wide shipper. The pictures of Aerosends warehouse here in the Philippines is a complete joke and they are removed from Flickr by Ferdie / Aerosend complaints to Flicr. If you want to pictures of the 1 junk truck and the little storage locker where they place boxes just email me at jstbuysomething at yahoo.com
Ferdie is afraid that people will see what a lier he actually is.

If you are in contact w/ Ms. Braza, bakit kami na nag quad na nang extra ay ayaw yang sagutin tawag naming at bakit di Niya inirelease ang boxes naming, she asked for additional 2,000 pesos, she got the money but she did not keep her promise to deliver our boxes w/in 2 days, more 1 month na mula ng kami nagbayad, tanong Lang pod ano ba ang website kon sawn ini-auction ni Ms. Braza ang Mga boxes? Sana naman po magtulungan tayo Mga kapwa pinoy tayo at alam natin lahat pinaghirapan naming ang laman ng Mga boxes. We contacted her months ago about the shipping boxes and if our container was in her possession. She had boxes from a container that was shipped before November 27, 2010
You have to file complaint with Illinois Attorney Generals Office, Federal Maritime Commission & the Surety Claims Company along with the PNP. I have posted their e-mail & web sites here on this website. Aerosend / ferdie santos continued to lie every chance he had & to promote his company from going down the toilet. Ferdie is a pile of bae stacked about 5 feet high. He still thinks he saved the day since the containers were released, when in fact Pastor Gil Valenzuela is the man who gave ferdie the $25,000 U.S.D. to get the shipping containers released. Ferdie & Aerosend don't have a pot to piss in, he has no money, he owes Samland Health, Lapodium freight, Ms Love Joy Braza and who knows how many more people he has scammed to be investors in his nightmare business deals. Ferdies pattern is to use Filipino people in the United States to network & spread his business ventures. He knows the hard working God fearing Filipinos will not be so fast to file complaints and he takes advantage of this. Boyset you Ferdie Santos. Ferdie even though your only about as tall as a Chicago street curb I didn't know mother nature stacked sh-t that high. Aerosend & Ferdie Santos is as radioactive toxic as Fukushima. I am surprised that nobody in the Chicago area has introduced Ferdie to lousiville slugger, Ferdie with all the people that you have screwed over and ripped off I am truely surprised that your not in th obituary listings. People file complaints in the United States, if your in the Philippines contact the PNP, Philippine Consulate in Chicago, your Congressman, National Bureau of Investigation
www.nbi.gov.ph/
Official site of the country's investigative service and research agency. Newspapers in the Philippines & Chicago.
Don't get screwed, get even.

We were in contact with Ms Love Joy Braza months ago inquiring about our shipping boxes, she had boxes from a container that was shipped before November 27, 2010 that she auctioned off the boxes since Ferdie did a no pay. Ferdie Santos does not have a pot to piss in and keeps promoting his business as a god send to all shippers Everyone in the U.S. has to file the complaints & claim for additional fees for shipping against Aerosends Surety bond. Jolly Forwarding is full of Sh-t with the statement
( There is only one thing that we ask and that is if they are willing or would consider to pay an additional $25 for each box that they have sent. The survey showed that most were willing to pay as long as they get their box(es). )
I think the only people they called for the phone survey was Ferdie Santos and his wife & daughter. My ass they called people, we have not heard of anyone on that phone survey nor were we included. Pay the fees to Jolly Forwarding so they don't consider your boxes abandoned and auction them off like Love Joy Braza. Then file complaints with Philippine Consulate in Chicago, Illinois attorney generals Office Fraud Division, call the newspaper & media people, file a police report with the PNP and Philippine National Bureau of Investigation, against Aerosend ferdie Santos /sariel sabal CEO of Jolly Forwarding USA. Feride I know your only about as tall as a Chicago street curb but I had no idea Mother Nature stacked sh-t so high.

Aerosend is going radioactive hate to be you Ferdie after the hundreds of people you ripped off on your shipping scams. I am really surprised nobody in Chicago introduced you to Louisville Slugger. With all the pissed off people who lost money on shipping and items they bought & sent to their families then having them auctioned off for storage fees you didn't pay, you'll need 24 hour security to keep them at bay

Mr. Santos we hope you are a God Fearing person for all the harm you have done to fellow Filipinos, God may forgive , but we don't. Warn them about aerosend & Ferdie santos along with this new business Jolly Forwarding USA Lets all show our strength and never use these companies again. Use LBC or Forex for all your Balikbayan box shipments, they can be trusted. Lets all get together and march in front of Mr. Santos house every morning, afternoon and nite so everyone can see what he has done to so many hard working Filipinos. Maybe Mr. Santos will get the message and fix the problems.

hah! i really wanted to smashhhh them.. i am so furious of how the aerosend company is doing business. we sent 3 boxes on september 1, 2010... then another 2 boxes on october 9, 2010.. i was tossed back and forth. i called manila many times, they said, call aerosend chicago. i called aerosend chicago. ne ha ne hu nobody answered. i spent too much by just calling manila and cebu. i am so mad. LoveJoy Braza asked me 1,200 for each box since my 3 boxes were in her warehouse since january 4. i did not pay and get the boxes from her since we already spent too much for all of these 5 boxes!!!!.. now i am ready to pay $25 for each box since Marivic in manila told me that Jollyforwarding will be responsible for everything and there is no boxes in their warehouse manila anymore!..

i was able to talk to maria from Jollyforwarding..she said, september and october boxes were already released and they were in aerosend's warehouse.. but sad news, she said, the warehouse actually were closed by the landlord since aerosend did not pay him!.. now, LoveJoy Braza is goneeeee??? where are my boxessssssss....

Anonymous said...

i just posted here..and then i tried to call LoveJoy Braza to clear the issue about her.. I believe she is doing the right thing. that she delivered all the paid boxes. she said, my boxes are still in her house now since all the boxes from aerosend were stuck in the warehouse..and supposed to be the boxes will be taken out from the warehouse after 15 days.. but aerosend did not pay her..now, she paid between $600-$700 in the warehouse..so she just took all the boxes from the warehouse and transfered them in her house since she is losing money. this is all aerosend's fault!...

Anonymous said...

ok, this is my third post!.. upon reading everyhing thing...it seems like LoveJoy Braza is lying too ha.. I just talked to her and ask her address so my cousin can come to her office maybe and get my boxes and pay her. she will not give me her address since she said, of so many people came to her and scolded her or got mad of her, she does not want to trust anyone..

I am so confusedddddd... i said, i will pay her, but she will not give me her address. she just told me to let my cousin call her or text her, then she will tell my cousin where to meet her? sounds strange...

Mga kababayan sino po ba nakarecieve na ng boxes from Lovejoy Braza??????? at least, i know na pwede akong mag trust sa kanya? may actions na ba para kay ferdie santos sa aerosend?

Ferdie - Ferdinand Santos doing business as Aerosend which is a corporation of Geevee Enterprises is like Duracell Batteries: they keep going and going and going......
Bad Business habits are hard to break, next victims are involved with Orient Star which Ferdinand / Aerosend used to ship into the Philippines.

Anonymous said...

Did somebody sue Ferdie - Ferdinand Santos alerady? Please share here what happened. I just contacted Lovejoy and she sent me messaged on my yahoo to get my boxes and pay 2, 000 pesos per boxes now since she said, she paid the storage too much. she texted me to pay her too. I asked her about the issues of not sending the boxes, she answered boxes were just delayed.

Did somebody receive their boxes too from Lovejoy Brazza? please share!.. thankss..

we sent 5 boxes :( sad and angry!!! our boxes are hopeless to be delivered now.

Anonymous said...

If you are in the Philippines and lost boxes file a police complaint to have the police take possession of your boxes if Lovejoy did not already sell them off since Ferdie Santos / Aerosend did not pay her. If you are in the United States file the complaints with the government agencies listed here on this board. Aerosend / Ferdie ( Ferdinand ) Santos is still doing business as usual. There are more people that keep having problems with them. If you are interested in filing a legal class action lawsuit please post your e-mail so we can contact you.

What about the insurance we paid for or perhaps there never was any and Ferdie put the money in his pocket.

Theresa Dike at the Federal Maritime Commission is already aware of some of the complaints. If you have not contacted her send an email or call. Avalon Risk holds the surety bond on Aerosend and you can file a claim on the shipping costs that you spent. As far as the insurance on the boxes I am uncertain. If I am not mistaken it was $200.00 on each box unless you had paid extra for more. The insurance thing could all be just Bulls-it.

Hi there,
I've been defrauded by ferdie santos. I asked him to ship my goods and he did not let me know he was in trouble. He was able to shipped my goods with another shipper, orientstar. Unfortunately, he asked me already to pay for the freight which was usd 3200 and I did. I thought he would remit this money to orientstar and according to orientstar they have not received the payment yet.
Let me know if I can join your lawsuit.
Thanks,
Charmaine chua

Ferdie Santos is really a liar and living in fantasy world. He will sweet-talk you that his Aerosend or business is doing good and just like how a budol-budol gang works? He can be considered as one. He will get your hard-earned money and will convince you to invest with him? Truly a scammer aka as Ferdie Santos!!! He owes us more than $5000 until now and to a lot more. He had put a lot of businessmen and families in trouble just because of his sweet-talk.

He will not rest-in-peace!!!

Ferdie Santos is absolutely the worst business person on the planet. He has hurt so many people and continues to do so non stop, but he will continue his positive upbeat work efforts all over the internet that Aerosend is a thriving global shipper. Ferdie is now also trying to use other shippers to do his shipping and lie to the customers while stealing their money. Contact Theresa Dike at the Federal Maritime Commission and Zuleka Medina at Avalon Risk. Email & phone numbers are all listed here on the board.

aerosend's website can't be open anymore..and their phone number was out of service...

all i can say is whoever is responsible to this bad services of aerosend, like ferdie santos, their souls will pay in hell.. they might laugh at it right now, but if they will not make things straight, they will suffer 10 times losses and pains than what they did to us.

Anonymous said...

they might not suffer but close to them will. ferdie santos maybe thought that he can escape away from all of these problems, poor ferdie, one day, in so many different ways, he will pay. i hope his family will not suffer because of what he did to all. i hope i am wrong too. but he must make everything right. he may read all the messages and just laugh and thought he has a very excellent records in all government and agencies and other people, no no, he cannot hide anything. and one day, one day will come....... i am afraid for his soul.. so ferdie if you are reading this website and postings whatever..make all things right. you may not be scared and just laught at hell right now, but i am just too scared for your soul.

Through my searching i found that Aerosend closed since August and the owners have filed for bankrupcy already but they are still delivering in Manila through a company that is helping them. Jolly Forwarding. We got all our boxes in good condition althought some had opened up with holes but are all okay. Ask help from Jolly Forwarding at (909)584-5098.

Anonymous said...

good for you... our boxes are not included since jolly forwarding said, they don't have our boxes..they will suffer 100 times more in so many ways

Anonymous said...

chmathFerdie should be in jail, we found out he was doing bad business in Manila and then did the same in the U.S. So bankruptcy will clear him of all the bad deeds he has done to hundreds of people????? We are filing the complaints with the Federal Maritime Commission and the Avalon Risk company to try and get our shipping costs refunded. We lost hundreds of dollars in our shipping boxes because of this jerk. He should be in jail for FRAUD.

Jail Time for Ferdie

Part 1...

I was also so angry, furious, mad, frustrated, name it, I have it altogether! And wanted to curse who are responsible for all our loss. I was so angry with Aerosend.

But today, my heart changed. I give the man a chance. I give Aerosend a chance. They are not perfect, they have failures like we do, bad past, so many baggage. But sometimes we are also putting their life into danger too because we just said things that we knew and not the things that they have done good.

My heart changed because my husband and I and with the help of our friend who picked up the 3 boxes in our house helped me find the answers. We sent 5 boxes in the Philippines last September and October 2010 and we had been fighting and spending money to contact Philippines, Lovejoy, Manila Aerosend countless times before. It was not a joke.

We met personally Ferdie Santos today. I asked him so many questions and tried to find some answers and assurances of our 5 boxes. He explained to us again everything. I was praying this morning that God will guard my heart and my mind and actions not to sin against God and not to give myself troubles. God helped me to be calmed yet be wise. I am not a mind reader or heart reader but, we listened to Ferdie everything he said. I felt his pain. He is not perfect. He struggled too.

The good side was, he was trying to save those boxes out in customs, yet pending our boxes in the warehouse. I couldn't understand this before. All I was thinking were our 5 boxes that were stuck. Yet, I knew some people are happy to receive their boxes. I don't want to be selfish. Maybe they need their boxes more than we do.

I believe in Ferdie Santos. I will give him a chance. If we lost the 5 boxes, he lost a lot. His situation is not good. He has so many pains. Yet, he is trying to fight something within his heart. He couldn't explain everything to all.

As I was trying to understand him, he wasn’t maybe telling all the truth to us. He maybe was deceiving us. But one thing, I have peace in my heart. At least I can now accept that sometimes, things won't work the way we wanted. Sometimes we lost, sometimes we gain.

God reminded me, who am I not to forgive? Who am I not to give a chance? God is a God of many chances and forgiveness. We just lost 5 boxes, Ferdie carried all our loss, But Jesus carried us all - our sins, our failures, who we are, yet Jesus forgive us all, accepted who we are, He loved us unconditionally no matter who we are.

I told Ferdie honestly I was so furious and angry. He asked sorry for everything. I asked sorry too. I told him, we'll be praying for you.

So many people in the Philippines too are trying to get back money from Aerosend. I hope they are not just taking advantage of the situations since everyone just want money for their loss too maybe like Lovejoy Braza. I told Ferdie it will just take one day to whoever is responsible and who is not telling the truth to be gone away and suffer. He said he has fault but it was not his fault alone. I believe it was not his fault alone. The systems and people who are involved of all of these circumstances, will one day, think, they should have done better than holding our boxes or whatever they think their reasons are. Maybe only one man got mistake and many were victims.

So once and for all, like I said, Ferdie might not be telling the whole truth to us, but I was trying to put his situation in my shoes, it’s not that easy. Sometimes we have success in doing things, sometimes we have failures. But we all have to prepare for all of these emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially. Everything will not be solved financially. Now, I understood. He felt more pain and loss than I do. Than we do. So I give the man a chance. Not just for him but for myself that I will have peace and joy in my heart when I sleep and no bitterness and hatred lies within. I might loss things but I want to gain broken friends.

Anonymous said...

Part 2....

I don’t know you and you may have sent more than 5 boxes in the Philippines or spent too much money in one box only, please don’t ruin your heart by putting all hatred and anger. It will not give you peace. Just release it, God will bless you more in so many ways far more than you can think or imagine. Even right now, you are blessed. Think about it. I had too much pain before since when I think of our 5 boxes, it will be 5 years of sustenance of rice for my family already and I regretted too much why I sent 5 boxes. I tried to accept it before and just forget it but every time that I will remember the cost and what I put inside the boxes, I felt so angry. I cried before God because I knew it was not right. I have to gain back the right reactions and how to handle this situation. It was so painful for us since we are not rich. Yet, I know riches will not give me eternal peace and happiness. It is just part of happiness.

Now, I am free. I still want my boxes though. But I don’t want to force the whole situation. If people will release our boxes and will honestly give so many options, we will still do it. However, we just don’t know if our things inside the boxes are still good. Not sure, but we’ll give a try if our boxes still exists. I just have to think how to pay more just to get our boxes. I know it’s hard especially if we don’t have money right away to pay an extra amount. We’ll just keep praying. This is the only best thing we can do. Also, our boxes are not under Jolly Forwarding USA. Like I said, my husband and I did everything. We also asked help from BBB and tried to ask help from Avalon Risk. And this whole situation gave me pain for almost one year since December 2010. So, I understand you all how you feel and I don’t blame you for being so angry. I was there before. I hope and pray that you all will get your boxes someday.

God bless you all and Shalom!

Pray for what you want, but work for the things you need. Aerosend Ferdie Santos took our money and lied to everyone. He devastated Pastor Gil and all the investors & Filipinos who believed in what he was doing and what he said. The long, long, long, long story posted by Nelia is touching and hopefull, but does nothing to fix the problems that Aerosend caused for everyone .

lol..hey guys, i am real..not paid by ferdie...ok tell me, did you sue ferdie in court? i don't even know what else to do. we tried to file for a claim in avalon risk, kirstin resigned. somebody replaced her and my husband was able to talk to that lady and said she will call us back, she never did. my husband tried to call again, no answer.. tired too of all of these.. we hope to get at least $1,000 for all the 5 boxes we sent..

anywayz, latest news, i talked to lovejoy braza last week. she agreed to send our 3 boxes on tuesday without her paying first. we will pay after my officemate before will see the boxes for real in butuan.. hopefully, by wednesday, lovejoy will inform me that the boxes arrive in butuan already..

we lost a lot, yes, like i said, if ferdie was lying...he will regret more later. and he is in big trouble too because he lost everything and he is in debts.. i just don't know the truth behind all the stories..well my after talking to him when we went to their house, my husband even ask sir lito, "did you believe all what he said?" since my husband never believe everything what he said...all i know is, he is in big trouble now and struggling.. but, i am just thankful, at least God give me peace and don't want to trouble my heart anymore. i'm tired of being angry to them.

i am just glad i talked to lovejoy before like a friend. she kept our 3 boxes and now after fighting with aerosend for almost a year and i was ready to let go of everything but, of couse still hoping someday my family will receive the boxes, good time came in..well, i am hoping, who knows, our boxes will be in butuan on wednesday..

and yes, i talked to the owner of the warehouse in manila.. jimmy chua.. we have 2 boxes in there in his warehouse. i hope our boxes are still in there. he just told me to sue ferdie so ferdie will pay him and our boxes will be released..or after a year, he said, he can auction the boxes per advise of his attorney.

mr. chua said, jolly forwarding tried to negotiate with them to release the boxes first then they will pay after. well, mr. chua told them to pay him first before he will release the boxes..

email me then..neliaursos22077@yahoo.com

Zuleik Medina at Avalon Risk is the main contact person. Avalon Risk Mgt will only reimburse the shipping costs and not the contents. You will have to find out who carried the insurance on the boxes, if I remember correctly by default it was only $200.00 U.S.D. per box. If you are interested in a lawsuit against GeeVee Enterprises / Aerosend / Ferdie Santos
I can supply the attorney's name in Chicago that has been looking into this matter. Did you contact the Federal Maritime Commission Theresa Dike? Once the boxes arrived in the Philippines and left the port, it is anyones guess who has them and if they are still available. Ferdie is a Professional with lots of experience at what he does, thats why so many people have been negatively affected and hurt by him. He has no conscience or remorse what so ever. Bad business habits are hard to break. Call the Filipino Consulate office in Chicago and ask them to look into it as well. It seems nobody in the United States or the Philippines wants to have anything to do with Ferdie Santos it's Taboo

we did contact the FMC and they forwarded us to Kirstin before. Well, Zueika Medina emailed us yesterday. Maybe we can claim something at least $200 per box and that is ok than nothing at all.

my intentions in my email is peace and understanding. but it doesn't mean that you will stop suing ferdie santos.. lol.. of course, it is your/our right to do that no matter what i wrote down here.

but see, even someone just accused me right away of being paid by ferdie santos.. ah ah..you don't even know who i am.. lol.. i had posted my info in this site and even facebook full name.. but ooppsss i close my facebook for the meantime but i will be back some time..but you can still reseach my last name in facebook ursos.. and you will find tons of them.. loll..

don't be upset or get angry right away. this will not even help you at all. highblood pressure lang and sickness ang magiging resulta nyan..so relax... then just do your best kasi we did our best too to get our boxes or claim some refund on our boxes.. i wasn't happy of what fedie santos is doing and will be doing.. maybe mamon lang talaga ang puso ko kasi madali akong maawa eh kahit na biktima kami..

well, to whoever naman who had successes claiming money or refund from Avalon Risk, will you please post too so at least, we still have hope na mababayadan din kami kahit yon lang $200 per box nga..thanks..

Jolly Forwarding update. For those Aerosend cargo shipped this year and are still stuck at customs. I got a hold of Val and confirmed my Feb 2011 boxes are still with customs. http://www.wix.com/jollyusa/aerosend-atlanta

Obviously statement from Aerosend that all containers are out from customers is NOT TRUE.

Aerosend Announcement
In the light of the crisis Aerosend was going through, Aerosend asked Jolly Forwarding USA for their assistance. Jolly Forwarding USA is a newly licensed company in California. The combined experience will bring the operation back on track and, hopefully, win back the confidence of the clients. Aerosend’s stuck containers are currently under negotiation for its release one at a time and the new management will be calling the clients to coordinate and explain their new plan.
Jolly Forwarding USA saw this perseverance on the Aerosend group and decided to offer their assistance. A new plan was developed and presented to resolve the problems. The people behind Jolly Forwarding are backed by 20+ years of freight forwarding and balikbayan box operation experience. Aerosend requests that all booking transactions be forwarded to Jolly Forwarding’s new team. To follow up status of boxes and to request new bookings, Jolly Forwarding USA can be contacted at jollyforwardingusa@aol.com or by calling 909-584-5098.

may nakakuha naba ng boxes from aerosend? lovejoy offered to send our boxes and pay her if i will see it. yes, she did send and i asked my officemate before to take picture of it. well, ino open na nila ang boxes. i don't know kung sino ang nag open kasi nilagyan ng bagong tapes and some things are missing. then dapat 3 boxes yong nasa kay lovejoy but ang sabi niya 2 lang daw ang dumating. and ang pinadala lang na boxes ay yong para sa tribal area and mga used clothings ko with few good things inside. which were box 1 and box 3.. i just wonder nasaan ang box 2..kasi lahat ng remaining boxes ay loaded ng mga imported colognes, mixed personal things lotions, make up, etc.. may sa dollar store din and everything for my officemates before and other friends in the church and for my family. i hope my box 2 ay naiwan lang sa warehouse or wala na kinuha na siguro nila..and hopefully our box 4 and 5 ay nasa warehouse nga ni jimmy chua.. i am still hoping though.. and yes, i paid 2,000 pesos per box to lovejoy.. so painful talaga. i hope makuha nyo pa din ang boxes nyo..sige lang bilog naman ang mundo eh..kung sino man ang nagnakaw eh magbabayad din sila sa iba't ibang paraan..sana mali ako.

Use Forex or LBC shippers that are verified shippers. Ferdie Santos has not been seen or heard of in quite sometime. insurance companies / claims companies are unable to contact him for information on claims and his shippers license was revoked. If he does not go to jail he will most certainly show up again in the U.S. or Philippines to do his evils again you can count on that. File claims with the Bond company and complaints with all the listed agencies on earlier posts. Best Wishes To All those that lost on Ferdie Santos Scam.

Merry Frickin Christmas we still don't have our shipping boxes after 1 year since shipped. Ferdie & Catherine are nowhere to be seen or heard from again and there are still so many boxes that were undelivered. Maybe this is finally the end of Aerosend & Ferdie Santos, only if we are lucky and he's in Jail.

have you tried calling Jimmy Chua who owned the warehouse in Manila? i called him last year and he said that yes, there are so many boxes in his warehouse and waiting for a year to auction those.. i hope they will notify us if they will auction the boxes. also he told me that the aerosend still have the names so he doesn't know who owned those boxes. email me if you want his number..

neliaursos22077@yahoo.com

i still have my 2 boxes..i got my boxes from lovejoy but bukas na then of course sira na..then ang dumating 2 boxes lang instead of 3 then saka ko sya binayaran ng tig 2,000 pesos per box..so sad kasi ang dumating ay yong used things ko and for the tribal area na box..but yong misang box na brand new lahat ng things.. sabi ni lovejoy, dalawa lang daw ang box na nasa kanya..makonsensya sana ang kung sinumang kumuha ng box namin.. haayy anyway, bahala na ang Lord sa kanila..

I called the number and they wanted P1000 per box. They said we have to pick them up from their warehouse in Tondo.

File Complaints with the Illinois Attorney Generals Office & the Federal Maritime Commission, file a claim with Avalon Risk in Illinois. Ferdie is dug in his hole hiding from everyone & everything. Sad to say most of us lost our boxes and the problem with paying extra for boxes that have been opened and retaped is uncertain. This Filippino should be in jail.
