At Last!
At last I got to wear this reddish skirt and found a top that looks great with the skirt. For quite sometime I have no idea what color to pair with this skirt. I also do not know what occasion I will wear this ensemble but when I found the black top I can wear this at night. A girls night out maybe? Hmmmm....what you think? Any suggestions for another color to pair with the skirt?

Love that black and red mix! I know what you mean about having a skirt and not knowing how to work it. I have a pink plaid one right now I am really struggling with, but I think maybe dark would work, like in your outfit. But maybe I could try yellow like Joni suggested? Your shoes are adorable and so is that bag! :-)
You look great ate Kim. I would suggest and check out the color wheel just like what Tim Gunn suggested. A color that is the opposite of the red on the color wheel is something that is good to pair with it, like that yellow color, even lighter shade of green, or pair it with something stripes or with prints. Just play along I guess! Not an expert, but I would say that the color wheel will help you decide. :) Just my cents! :) hehehehe....
I love the black top with this. I think white would also work and still look really summery. :)
