Summer Dress

I wore this dress last year at my husband's grand kid wedding. These time I wore it at my nephew's graduation day. I tell you it is very hot here in the Philippines. Everyday the temperature is above 90F but later in the day it will go down to at least 88F it is still hot right? Even if I wore this dress I still feel so uncomfortable I have to fan myself with a native fan all the time.
