Polka Dots

          When was the last time I wore a polka dot short/skirt? It's been awhile I could not even remember when. This ensemble is one of what I call a leap of fashion, for me. A short that looks like skirt/polka dots and a white blouse with tiny prints, I had a good time mix and matching with this one and I feel it turned out right. What you think?
