Constipation Remedies


It can't be denied but we all somehow experience being constipated. I found a constipation remedies here. When afflicted with constipation your body is saying that it lacks fiber, water and exercise. Increase your intake of fruits, cereals and vegetable, drink six to eight glasses of water daily and exercise at least three time a week.

Shredded wheat. Malt-O-Meal does bags of frosted, strawberry frosted, or chocolate frosted shredded wheat well. Inexpensive, satisfies the sweet tooth, and gets the job done
