Macro Flowers Saturday

               This is the up-close beauty of this flower but I don't know the name ^_^

            This is the not so up close photo that I took so anybody could determine the name of this flower.

    Wow thanks ladies for telling me that name of this flower. I didn't know that this is a Columbine flower and yes it's very pretty. I think this is my next project to plant many kinds of Columbine flowers next year ^_^

    Columbines are one of the oldest plants, along with orchids. Columbines will seed themselves in the early Fall so look for the seed pods. They are perennials and will come back year after year. Your pictures are lovely.
